The hotel is very close to subway station, bus stop and convenience stores. The room was very clean and the staffs were very helpful. The hotel is a an exceptional hotel for its price.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money - you get so much for what you pay! The rooms are spacious and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist you. Plus, the location is great! It's right by a metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. And, a beautiful park is just a short walk away, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Oh, and let's not forget the delicious breakfast served with UCC coffee!

In Fukuoka for one day, it was an excellent hotel, efficient without being fussy and smart but not pricey. Sunline is in a great location for my needs.

The stuffs are really friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is really good and all ingredients are from the region, the location is nearby the Beppu Station which is good for travellers or business. And the price of suit is reasonable for these.

However, the wireless internet is not useful for Macbook user, and no printer service is the only thing imperfection.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to the hotel from the international airport. the hotel also offers free bike rental for an enjoyable way to explore the Ohori park nearby. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, and some even have a view of the park.

The hotel's breakfast options leave much to be desired.

We requested (and received) a no smoking room, but it still smelled a bit smoky. It may have been because there was a smoking room right next door. Room interior was clean and well maintained but could use a bit of a facelift. Also, there aren't many places to eat in the immediate area - maybe 6-7 places. But none of them seemed all that good. Beyond the hotel restaurant, we saw no other breakfast options in the area. Hotel restaurant was decent enough, and waitstaff was very friendly. But a second option would have been nice. I should not that there were a couple of drinking houses in the area that looked good, but we didn't get a chance to go. Also, the Nagahama yatai is a convenient 15-20 minute stroll from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as it was close to the subway station, and it was easy to get around to explore the city. We also loved that the hotel was just a short distance away from a beautiful park where we spent most of our day. The hotel facilities were great, especially the comfortable beds in our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
